We evaluate how an adviser stores and manages the key contact details of their providers, clients and prospects, as well as how they manage to-do lists, diary management, workflows and pipeline and most importantly, how they capture Key Events and Magic Moments, in order not to miss business opportunities. Technology and business - Partnership with Halifax Investments
As part of the overall assessment, we evaluate the client’s IT infrastructure and determine whether there is a network in place, whether remote access is needed and available and whether scanners are being used to scan documents for electronic storage and retrieval. We assess the use of laptops and mobile devices. Last but not least, we try to establish whether technology is being harnessed effectively within the organisation or whether it has become a burden and needs overhauling.
